A major renovation of an existing house including a new kitchen, dining room and uppper level bedroom with ensuite

The owner built this house himself over many years using mostly scrap material sourced from demolition yards. We propose to maintain the original form but rebuilding the central gable and modernizing the interior with a new kitchen, dining area and pantry. The basement shed is to be demolished and replaced with a new wrap around deck to create an inviting entrance and outdoor entertaining area. 

SWANSON 

This new minor dwelling pushes the boundaries of the district plan rules to create a  3 bedroom home with a double volume living area.

ST. HELIERS 

This bold design was too small for this family and in need of repair. We proposed to leave the basement level but rennovate and extend the upper level to create a large family home. 

MANGAWHAI 

A new summer bach in Northland designed to take full advantage of the expansive views of the Hen and Chicken Islands.
